The recruitment cycle goes as follows:
ENDP will study the files of National jobseekers within the databases and assess and classify the levels of skills and education they have.
Then they will assign the training programmes necessary to be better prepared in terms of knowledge and skills in order to suit the needs of the private sector.
Among the benefits ENDP provides to Nationals after registering and submitting their CVs on location, is assigning a representative for training programmes and recruitment to classify the registration forms and assign a suitable job for each individual after assessing their CVs, accomplishments, and previous experience (if any).
